Please note the important deadlines below. 1. To advertise your business in our program or to send your child a note in our program, please complete the attached form with payment by December 1, 2009. Please make checks out to Music Makers for Life, Inc… ATTENTION ALL BUSINESS OWNERS! Music Makers for Life, Inc. has ad space available in the "A Celebration of Christmas" program. Your ad will reach approximately 400 people! This is a cost effective way to get the word out about you and your business. See guidelines and cost information below. 2. Video orders are due December 7. Please note that the use of cameras or video equipment will be prohibited. The production is being taped with the possibility it will be edited and aired on comcast 74. 3. Advanced ticket orders must be received by December 7. Please order your tickets early! Tickets may be purchased t the door for an additional cost. Door cost: Adults $8, Seniors $7, Children $4. Please make the checks out to Music Makers for Life, Inc. and include the appropriate order forms with your check. You may write one check for all items purchased. To help save the environment, we will not be printing tickets. You must check in with our volunteers at the door prior to taking your seat. |
